Educating and Engaging People in the Arts
The Duluth Fine Arts League (DFAL) was established in 2008 by former Mayor Nancy Harris and a group of interested citizens. This volunteer organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit serving artists and those who love the arts in Duluth and the surrounding areas.  It is committed to encouraging and engaging people in the visual, performing, musical, and literary arts. Join our dedicated volunteers in supporting & promoting the arts!

The monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at the Duluth Festival Center. We do not have a meeting in July. Social time starts at 6:30 pm and the meeting is from 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Each meeting features an artist talk and/or demonstration. There is an enormous amount of talent in the Duluth and Gwinnett area. From painters to photographers, writers to musicians, actors to quilters and everything we can find that resembles art; there is something for every person to enjoy.
